Welcome to our website.
At Healy's Martial Arts we strive to provide our students with a complete Martial Art system while still upholding strict traditional values. Our classes are strictly Tae kwon do, but Cho's Tae Kwon Do incorporates Boxing, Kickboxing, Grappling and Weapons training to give a more complete fighting system. We also specialise in classes for Children, Adults and families, and this year we introduce the "Little Panther" classes for all pre-school children from 3-7yrs old!

Our schools also offer fitness training, cardio training, weight training and nutrition guidance, outdoor boot camps and first class one-to one personal training. If you want to learn how to become a true Martial Artist this is the school for you!
Mr. Paul Healy -National Instructor
Mr Paul Healy 3rd Degree is the founder
and owner of Healy's Martial arts (HMA). Originally the school was within Laragh,
however over
the years the schools are grown to a full time Tae kwon do Gym situated in Tinahely, and another school in Clone.
